1. What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. We will also accept government issued purchase orders.
2. When can I expect delivery of my order?
Most orders are delivered with 2 business days to any place within the continental United States. For customers in our home city of Jacksonville, Florida, you can expect delivery the next business day.
3. Where do you ship?
The continental U.S. only - we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
4. Will you ship to an APO or Post Office Box?
No. We only ship by UPS ground.
5. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Call our customer service line and request a return authorization. Items must be in their original packaging for full credit. Food items and dated goods are not returnable.
6. How much is the freight going to be?
At checkout you will be given a firm freight price. This price will not change. But please be advised that non UPSable items like furniture must be delivered by a freight company and therefore must be ordered separately from UPSable items.
7. How do I contact Universal Office Products, Innovera Office Products or Alera Furniture with warranty issues or to order parts?
All of these companies are a wholesalers private label brand. If you have any questions, comments, or need replacements parts, you should contact the office supply dealer you purchased from.
8. I don't like entering my credit card information online, is there another way to order?
